The Finca Can Ginard is a working agricultural estate in near town of Campos in the south east of Mallorca. The property with its 1.086.777 square meters of land is in an elevated and quiet location. The property is completely fenced with a stone wall and additional fence and provides a spectacular view of the entire southeast Mallorca; in clear weather even to the sea and the island of Cabrera. The vegetation of the finca, growing Mediterranean forest, interspersed with almond-- and carob tree plantations as well as some farmland. The property has its own well and is connected to the public electricity supply. At the highest point of the finca there is the shell of a country house with 250 m² of living space which is expandable up to 500 m² of living space. The village itself is located about nine kilometres from the coast at the road from Palma to the resort areas on the east coast (Cala d'Or, Cala Figuera). The distance from Campos to Palma is about 35 kilometres. The village is known for his Saturday's weekly market with an integrated flea market. The region is dominated by agriculture and remained rather immune to this day of large high rise hotels.
