The finca "Sos Ferres" is located between the towns of Ariany and San Lorenzo in the north-east of Majorca, is part of the municipality of Manacor and consists of two separate plots totaling 205.194 square meters of land. The finca is completely fenced with a stone wall, has a slightly hilly topography and offers panoramic views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, the Bay of Alcudia and the sea. The finca consists mainly for good agricultural and grazing land where numerous almond trees are cultivated. On the finca there are several stables, tool shed and a country house ruin. In a natural underground cistern with 500.000 liters rainwater is collected from the surrounding mountains and used for watering the finca. The currently applicable construction standards of the community Manacor allow the construction of a typical Majorcan country house with 500 m² of living space in the ground floor plus first floor plus a 100 m² large pool. The connection to the public electricity supply is possible. In the north of Mallorca you can find by far not only mountains and nature. For something a bit busier places, Pollensa and Alcudia are lively and popular vacation spots. In Pollensa much culture is also available, including international summer music festivals and concerts that are played in the atmospheric courtyard of the Dominican monastery. The Calvary Mountain pays back for the climb over 365 steps with a fantastic view over the city to the sea.
